We offer self-catering options or we can cater for you.

Step 2: Add your activities (pony rides, crafts, cupcake decorating, jumping castle)
Step 3: Select catering options (adult platters, kids’ meals, party packs)
Step 4: Confirm your booking details (date, time, number of guests)

Please note that we are an outdoor venue and sometimes the weather is beyond our control. Therefore we try and keep to the capacity limitations for your own convenience.

VENUE HIRE - SELF-CATERING OPTIONS

DIY VENUE HIRE [R1 200] Includes ONLY: Tables, chairs, tablecloths, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave. (Client supplies own décor, catering, crockery, cutlery and glasses) STARTER PARTY: [R1 900] Includes: coffee station, cutlery, crockery, serviettes, Urn with filtered water, tables, tablecloths, chairs. Picnic table for kids with cushions). Two bags of ice and access to fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave. Basic decor that fits with your theme and colour scheme. BRAAI BASH - [R2 150] Includes: all of the above with a braai and one bag of charcoal or briquettes). RUSTIC PIZZA PARTY - [R2 500] Includes: An Aliminium Pizza oven, that cooks pizzas fast and all of the Starter Party option with a bag of pizza oven wood. Can include the Starter Party package. as an option.

CATERED CELEBRATIONS

Venue with additional catering options available - [R1900] Includes a coffee station, cutlery, crockery, serviettes, Urn with filtered water, tables, tablecloths, chairs. Picnic table for kids with cushions. Two bags of ice and access to freezer and fridge, kettle and microwave. Basic decor that fits with your colour scheme and theme. Photo palette which you can decorate. At an additional cost, we can provide catering through Hap & Hop Padstal. Menu options and pricing are available below. We do not serve alcoholic beverages, but if you want to bring along, you are welcome. Please remember additional/appropriate glasses.

Activities

Pony rides - Facilitated by Happy Hopily Horse Academy. Min 6 kids, ages 2 - 18. Weight limit 80kg. 1hour - R200pp (includes interactive activities while riding). Decorate a cupcake R50 Decorate and paint a horseshoe - R50 Painting and drawing (arts & crafts) R50 - R80 pp Jumping castle and/or slip n slide R400 - R900 depending on availability. We book this on your behalf, at no additional admin costs.
